1. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Jassistays Hospitality, headquartered in Marrakech, hereinafter referred to as the Provider, and the Client, regarding the rental of the property.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
2.1 Booking Procedure:
Booking Procedure: The Client may make a booking via the Jassistays Hospitality website, by telephone, or using any other platform or service made available by the Provider. The booking is considered confirmed when the Client receives an email or written confirmation from the Provider, which includes the details of the stay (dates, property address, agreed price, and other specific conditions).
Required Information: At the time of booking, the Client is required to provide all necessary information, which may include, but is not limited to, personal information, the number of people staying, specific accommodation preferences, and payment details.
2.2 Payment:
Payment Requirements: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure the property. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 24 hours before arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Payment Methods: The guest can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or other electronic means accepted by the Provider. Specific details of the accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.
Payment Confirmation: Once payment is received, the Provider will send the guest a payment confirmation by email, which will serve as proof of the transaction and will include a summary of the services paid for.
2.3 Penalties and Late Payments
Late Payments: If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
Additional Fees: Any bank fees associated with transfers or transactions are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: The customer may cancel their reservation according to the following terms:
Cancellation more than 15 days before the arrival date: full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation more than 7 days before the arrival date: 80% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation within 7 days: 50% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation 24 hours before the arrival date: no refund of the deposit. This deposit may be used for a future reservation, subject to any changes made.
Reservation Modifications: Any changes to the reservation (change of dates, property type, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
3.1 Security Deposit Requirement
Deposit Amount: Upon arrival, a security deposit is required from all guests. The amount is determined by the property type and length of stay, and is generally calculated as a percentage of the total rental price or a fixed amount clearly specified at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: The deposit can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or any other secure payment method accepted by the Provider. This deposit is intended to cover any damages or additional cleaning costs if the property is not returned in its original condition.
3.2 Security Deposit Management
Retention Conditions: The security deposit may be used to cover any damage caused to the property during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, breakages, damage to furniture, equipment, or any other part of the property, as well as excessive cleaning costs beyond what would be considered normal use.
Inspection Procedure: An inspection of the property will be conducted upon the guest's arrival and departure. The Provider will provide the guest with a detailed damage report, if applicable, with estimated costs for necessary repairs, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
3.3 Security Deposit Refund
Refund Time: The security deposit will be returned to the guest within a maximum of 24 hours after departure, less any repair or replacement costs. If no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Communication of Details: The Provider undertakes to provide a detailed explanation and supporting documentation in the event that part or all of the security deposit is withheld. If the cost of damages exceeds the amount of the deposit, the Provider reserves the right to invoice the guest for the difference.
3.4 Deposit Disputes
Dispute Procedure: In the event of a disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the guest has the right to dispute these deductions. The Provider must provide a clear and fair process for resolving these disputes, potentially through mediation or intermediation before resorting to litigation.
4. USE OF THE PROPERTY
4.1 Conditions of Use

4.3 Use of Equipment
Internet and Electronics: Use of the internet and electronic equipment must comply with applicable laws, particularly regarding illegal downloading or inappropriate behavior on social media.
Specific Equipment: The guest will receive instructions on the proper use of all specific equipment in the property, such as heating systems, household appliances, and security systems. Any improper use that may cause damage will be the guest's responsibility.
4.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance
Sanctions: In the event of serious or repeated non-compliance with the conditions of use of the property, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and require the guest to leave immediately, without refund.
Repairs: If damage occurs due to improper use, the cost of repairs or replacement
5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, in accordance with Moroccan law, in particular the provisions of the Code of Obligations and Contracts.
6. RESPECT FOR CUSTOMS AND MOST RECENT TERMS
Customers must respect local customs and morals.
